Terms of Service
These terms are written in plain language and describe what the system actually does. Only the business's official identifying details (name, number and address) are still marked as incomplete, because details like that are not filled in by guessing. They will be completed and dated.
What Plugger is
Plugger is a tool for promoting songs to radio, press and the internet in Israel: sending the song to a verified contact list after a human check, and real download and open tracking. An artist who signs up through Google gets a personal account with a dashboard, the ability to upload a song, and the ability to create a smart link for the song (one page with buttons for every platform).
What we do not promise
We do not promise airplay, coverage or a response from any station, editor or journalist. What gets played is always their decision, and no distribution service can promise otherwise. We do not promise a specific number of recipients, and we do not upload songs to Spotify or other streaming services. What we do commit to: the song goes out to the right list after a human check, and you see exactly who opened and who downloaded.
Account
Sign-up happens only through signing in with Google, which also creates a Plugger account. There is no separate password system. You are responsible for access to your Google account.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is a request to receive launch updates and early access. It does not open an account, does not commit you to payment, and does not promise an access date. What is stored and how to delete it is set out in the privacy policy.
Packages and payment
The options are published on the pricing page: a one-time payment of 199 ILS including VAT to send a single song, and a "Premiere" package for labels handled by direct contact. Automatic payment processing on the site (Paddle / PayPal) is not yet active at the time these terms were written, and until then a send is arranged with the team by email. The payment buttons will be activated only once the connection to the payment provider is complete, and not before.
Cancellation and refunds
The policy is simple and turns on one question: has the song already gone out to the contacts. It applies to every payment for a single send, including sends arranged with the team by email rather than through a button on the site.
24 hours from payment: cancel freely
Within 24 hours of payment you can cancel for any reason, with no explanation and no cancellation fee, and receive a full refund. If you asked for an immediate send and the song already went out within those 24 hours, the section on a song that has already gone out applies.
Up to two days before the send date: full refund
After the first 24 hours you can still cancel, as long as your notice reaches us at least two days before the send date agreed with you, not counting Saturdays and holidays, and the song has not gone out yet. Here too the refund is full, with no cancellation fee. If you just need more time, you can move the send date instead of cancelling, at no cost.
After the song has gone out: no cancellation
From the moment the send has gone out to the contacts the service has been delivered in full, and it cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if no station played the song. Airplay was never part of the promise, as stated above. A cancellation that reaches us less than two days before the send date (not counting Saturdays and holidays) counts as a late cancellation and is not refunded, but even then we are glad to move the send date instead.
If we decide not to send
If after the human check we decide not to send the song, for example over a rights question or missing materials that were never completed, you receive a full refund.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of the day we receive your cancellation notice. Not a credit to your account instead of money, unless you ask for that yourself.
How to cancel: write to hello@pluggerhub.com or use the contact form, with the artist name and the song name. We confirm the cancellation by return email, and the date that counts is the date your notice arrived.
This policy is in addition to the cancellation rights under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, including for distance sales (section 14C of the law), and does not diminish them.
The content you upload
You declare that you hold all rights to the song and the materials you upload, and are responsible for the accuracy of the credit details you enter. A campaign created in your artist account is not sent to Plugger's distribution list automatically - the actual send is carried out and approved separately.
What happens to your materials when the song is sent
To send the song, we pass the song file, cover, press release and credits you uploaded to the contacts, and they can listen and download the file for evaluation and broadcast. All rights in the song remain yours. We grant no one any license beyond that, and we use the song for no other purpose.
The smart assistant
The smart assistant on the site is an automated tool that answers from a knowledge base we wrote. It may be wrong, and its answers are not a binding offer. The binding price, packages and terms are the ones written on the site's pages and in these terms.
Closing an account and deleting data
Want to close your account? Write to the email below, and we delete your account, campaigns and smart links. No approval from us is needed and there is no waiting period.
Privacy
How your data is collected and stored is detailed in the privacy policy.
