Frequently asked questions
Every answer is open and visible, no accordions to expand and no sign-up required. These are the same answers the smart assistant in the corner gives, from one source.
How much does it cost to send a single?
199 ILS to send a single to radio and press. One-time payment, no subscription and no commitment.
What do you get for 199 ILS?
Your song goes out to real contacts in radio, press and music sites, with a human check on every send before it leaves. After that you get a personal dashboard showing who opened and who downloaded in real time, plus a smart link for the song: one page with the cover, credits, press release and buttons for every platform.
What is not included?
Three things: we do not upload the song to Spotify and the streaming services (that needs a separate digital distributor), we do not promise airplay, and we do not replace a PR agency doing long-term personal follow-up with editors.
How does it work?
You upload the song and the materials, we prepare the send and a human reviews it before it goes out, and then the song goes to the relevant contacts. From that moment you see in your dashboard who opened and who downloaded, in real time.
What do I need to prepare?
A WAV from the final master, high-resolution square cover art (3000 by 3000 pixels also covers the streaming requirements), a short one-page press release, full credits, the lyrics, a press photo and contact details. If something is missing you can start without it and fill it in.
Which stations does it reach?
The list is made up of music editors, presenters, journalists and music sites, and it goes through cleaning and verification. What cannot be promised is that a specific station will play the song: what gets played is always the editor's decision, and no distribution service can promise otherwise. What you do get is seeing exactly who opened and who downloaded, so you are not guessing.
Do you guarantee the song gets played?
No, and nobody genuinely can. Anyone promising you airplay up front is selling you something else. What we do is get the song to the right people in an organized way, and show you what happened afterwards.
Does this also upload to Spotify?
No. These are two different things: media distribution (what we do - radio, press, music sites) and digital distribution (uploading to Spotify and Apple Music through a digital distributor like DistroKid or TuneCore). Most artists need both. Timing helps: Spotify asks to receive a song at least seven days before release.
When should I send?
Around the release date, once all the materials are ready and the song is available to listen to. Upload to your digital distributor earlier, because Spotify asks for the song at least seven days before release.
Is there PR included?
Not in the sense of an agency chasing editors for you over weeks. We are the organized, affordable way to get the song to the right list and see what happened. A PR agency is a different service, and prices there usually start in the thousands.
What if my song is religious?
There is a flag for that in the form, and the send adapts: a non-religious song is not sent to religious stations, and the other way around. It saves you irrelevant sends.
How do I know what happened with the song?
In your personal dashboard. You see who opened the email and who downloaded the file, the moment it happens. That is real data from the system, not an estimate.
What is the smart link?
One page per song you can send anywhere: the cover, press release, credits, lyrics and buttons for every platform, with its own click stats. Useful both with media and with your audience.
When does the new platform go live?
We are building it now, and access will open gradually to waitlist members. There is no exact date yet, and we are not inventing one. People on the list hear first.
I want early access
Great. The waitlist gives early access to the demo, updates before everyone else, and a chance to shape how the product actually works.
Do I need an account to join the waitlist?
No. A first name and an email, that is all. Joining does not open an account and does not commit you to any payment, and you can remove yourself at any time through the link in every email.
How do I pay?
Self-serve card payment is not open on the site yet - we are in the middle of connecting the payment provider, and I do not want to tell you there is a button that is not there. For now it is arranged directly with the team, and it takes a minute.
Is this right for an artist just starting out?
Yes, that is exactly who it was built for. The idea was that price should not be the reason you do not try - in this market one send can cost more than a thousand shekels.
Can I talk to someone?
Fastest: hello@pluggerhub.com, and real people read it. There is also a form on the contact page. For accessibility: the accessibility coordinator, Ido Shivyon, +972-58-778-5623.
What happens to my details?
Kept by us, not sold and not passed on for advertising. Exactly who receives what is written in the privacy policy, in plain language, and it is a closed list. Want it deleted? One email to hello@pluggerhub.com and it is done.
